Hi, I'm Ryan Griffin, a video editor and motion designer based in the Twin Cities.
I’ve spent over 15 years working in professional video production, with a focus on editing, motion graphics, and post-production. My background is rooted in video, but over time, my role has expanded to include graphic design, web design, and user experience, allowing me to think more holistically about how visual content works across platforms.
I’m especially interested in clarity, pacing, and storytelling. Whether that’s shaping a long-form edit, designing motion elements that simplify complex ideas, or refining a piece until it feels intentional and polished. I enjoy collaborating with teams, but I’m also comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery.
Outside of work, I’m a photographer who spends as much time outdoors as possible hiking, running, and exploring northern Minnesota. I recently completed my first difficult trail marathon, and one of my favorite places to recharge is the North Shore of Lake Superior, where my family has a cabin. I’m also a proud cat dad.
